Light emitting diode (LED light) is a semiconductor light source that is used in indicator lamps of many devices.   • The LED lights do not use any harmful and toxic chemicals. Whereas fluorescent bulbs use toxic chemicals. Hence, if a LED light is broken there is not much harm to the environment but a fluorescent bulb would add certain toxic chemicals. Thus, LED’s are more eco-friendly compared to fluorescent bulbs.
